This lower level bath needed updating for use by guests, and a bit of cheering up since it did not have any natural light source. We incorporated some additional space from a hall closet, to increase the space available for the shower and a separating wall between the shower and toilet area, to provide privacy. The large vanity gives storage space for all the necessary toiletries and cleaning supplies. The pallette is light colored, with a medium stain on the cabinetry for some contrast, and the light walls help reflect the abundance of light from the recessed lighting fixtures. We also installed the sliding bar shower head, for comfort and convenience, as well as the frameless style shower door to help keep the open feeling of the space.
