The homeowners of this master bath in an older home did not want to enlarge it, but they wanted to upgrade it. We kept the vanity outside the bathing and closet areas, and enlarged it with a separate sink and storage vanity. In the bathing area, we installed a small vanity cabinet with matching granite counter, and updated the shower with decorative tiles, storage niches and a glass enclosure. The shower has a choice of wall mounted or body spray heads and a grab bar for the tub for safety.
